From start to finish of the construction phase, the building of each home is closely monitored by a Site Supervisor and Construction Manager who have an eye for detail and for ensuring quality control at all times. Additionally, Property Queensland also provides feedback to each client on progress through the various stages of building, including stage photos throughout construction.
What sets us apart from the others are:

- recommending a solicitor who is licensed in Queensland (required by law),
- recommending the best possible local property manager to find, evaluate and assign tenants, in a proactive and efficient manner.

Graeme has more than 45 years’ experience in all aspects of property investment in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Queensland, including:

- Project management.
Initially, Graeme joined PRD Realty, the largest research-based property agency in Queensland. And after his first 12 months in the Gold Coast residential market, he was recognised by the REIQ as the No. 1 professional residential property consultant on the Gold Coast.
His experience as a property consultant now extends for more than 30 years.
During more than 25 years he has built up considerable experience and respect from his increasing client-base in his own independent company.
As a professional property investment consultant, Graeme on behalf of Property Queensland, deals with land developers, builders, purchasers and other professional client advisers such as financial planners, accountants, and finance brokers.
